Once your reservation is canceled, it can't be reinstated. Customer Service or the property can't help undo it.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel for free until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. You'll be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
